And this melatonin prevents the growth of tumors in the human body. As a result, they believe that people who wake up at night have a higher risk of cancer.

How to sleep early after Isha’s prayer?

You can go to sleep early after praying the Isha prayer. This will purify your prayers. But you may not get the congregation at that time. Because in many mosques, prayer congregation starts a little late. But you can sleep early after praying in the mosque that has an early Isha congregation.

Because night sleep is essential and cannot be compensated by daytime sleep in any way. So it is necessary to refrain from all unnecessary activities including gossip, movies, and Facebooking at night.

Because sleeping unnecessarily late at night deprives people of late-night prayers and Fajr prayers, it is also not good for health. According to a group of UK researchers, those who sleep late and wake up late, have an increased risk of premature death.

Can I sleep before Isha prayer?

No, I can’t sleep before Isha prayer. It is mustahab to fall asleep quickly without staying up late. Hazrat Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam disliked sleeping before the Isha prayer and unnecessary gossiping after the prayer.

But there is no harm in staying awake after Isha’s prayer for good and righteous deeds. Such as talking to guests, discussing knowledge giving time to family, etc.

In essence, staying awake will not cause any harm – such as the loss of Fajr prayer; There is no harm in him being awake.

According to the law of Islam, the benefits of sleeping early are a Following Sunnah, b. Relaxing the body; Because daytime sleep can not compensate for the lack of night sleep, c.
