There was a difference of opinion among the Companions as to whether Shafaq here meant red or white streaks. Shafaq is Lalima according to Ibn Omar.

But according to Abu Huraira RA Shafaq is a white line. According to the clock, Maghrib time is about 1 hour or less or more depending on the season. People say that Maghrib’s time is 15-20 minutes. This is not correct.

It is mustahab to fall asleep quickly without staying up late. Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam disliked sleeping before Isha prayer and unnecessary gossiping after prayer. So if you want to go to sleep early, then you can pray the Isha prayer one and a half hours after the Maghrib prayer, It’s the Hanafi Madhhab.

But there is no harm in staying awake after Isha’s prayer for good deeds. Such as talking to guests, discussing knowledge giving time to family etc.

In short, staying awake will not cause any harm – such as spoiling the Fajr prayer; There is no harm in him staying awake.
According to Islamic law, the benefits of sleeping early are:

And it is makruh to sleep when it is time for Isha. That is, it is makruh to sleep when the time of Maghrib ends and the time of Isha begins.

In this regard, many Islamic scholars have said that sleeping after the Maghrib prayer, from the time between Maghrib and Isha to the Isha prayer is makruh. This is the opinion of the Maliki and Hanbali Imams.

According to the Hanafi Imams, it is makruh to sleep when the Isha time begins. This is what Fakihun Nafs Maulana Rasheed Ahmad Ganguhi (RA) has adopted. However, sleeping after Maghrib is a bad thing or a sign of poverty – it is wrong and invalid.
